How can I track my package? After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with an official tracking number and tracking link. You can check real-time delivery status anytime.

Are the metal puzzle kits hard to assemble? Our 3D metal models range from easy, medium to advanced difficulty. Each kit comes with detailed step-by-step instructions and basic tool kits. No glue is needed, all parts are screw-locked. Beginners can finish assembly patiently.
Do you provide electronic instructions or assembly videos? Most products include physical manuals. For upgraded or complex models, we also provide USB electronic manuals and assembly guidance. You can contact us to get digital files if needed.
Why are there slight scratches on metal parts? All metal pieces are laser-cut and manually sorted. Minor surface scratches or tiny traces are normal manufacturing features and will not affect assembly, structure, or display effect. This is not a quality defect.
Can the joint positions move freely after assembly? Most mechanical models are designed with movable joints, gears, and simulated dynamic structures. You can adjust poses slightly for display.
