Free Standard Shipping (2-5 business days) on all US orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $4.99
Will I pay customs duties or import fees?
No. All US orders under $800 qualify for duty-free entry under US Section 321 rules, with no hidden fees upon delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with a real-time tracking number and direct link. You can also track your order anytime via our Track Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Order modifications/cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase (before shipment). Once your package is dispatched, we cannot adjust your order.

What tools do I need for assembly?
No glue or soldering is required. For a smooth build, we recommend needle-nose pliers, nippers, and tweezers (we also sell a beginner-friendly tool kit in our store).
What if my kit has missing or damaged parts?
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the affected parts. We’ll ship free replacement parts to your US address within 2 business days.
Where can I find assembly instructions?
Every kit includes a full-color paper manual. We also offer free digital PDF downloads of all manuals on our site, or you can request a copy via our support team.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for US orders:
- Quality issues: Full refund, free replacement, or free part reshipment, with us covering all shipping costs.
- Personal returns: Accepted for unopened, sealed kits in resalable condition (buyer covers return shipping).
*We cannot accept returns for opened or partially assembled kits.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return , we process your refund within 3 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 3-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Do your products meet US safety standards?
Yes. All our kits are fully compliant with US CPSIA safety standards, with regular third-party lab testing to ensure quality and safety.
Are your kits suitable for children?
Our kits are designed for hobbyists aged 14+. Children 8-14 may assemble only under full adult supervision. Not suitable for kids under 8 due to small sharp parts and choking hazard.
